This policy applies to our paid subtitle/text processing services. Please review it before enabling any usage-based or enterprise plan.
The Refund Policy covers how we handle billing disputes and refund requests for customers who pay for subtitle APIs or related services.

Billing Overview
Subtitle APIs are billed based on usage (requests, duration, and storage). All pricing and payment terms are confirmed in quotes, orders, or contracts.
Payments & Invoices
Customers must pay according to the agreed schedule. We issue invoices or statements for each cycle; late payments may lead to service suspension.

Service Issues & Remedies
If you encounter problems such as:
- Subtitle generation failures due to platform issues
- Results that materially deviate from API documentation
- Inability to access generated files or data
- Other faults that block normal usage
Contact video2txt@zorezoro.com with logs or task IDs. We may offer reprocessing, credits, or partial refunds according to your agreement.
Plan Changes
If we adjust pricing, quotas, or billing cycles, we will notify you in advance and apply changes to the next billing period.

Custom Projects
For one-off projects, on-prem deployments, or large enterprise deals, bespoke contracts (including refund clauses) will be provided.
Third-Party Costs
When the service relies on third-party APIs or storage, those vendors may charge separately. Refunds for third-party fees must follow their policies.

Dispute Resolution
If you dispute an invoice or service outcome, notify us within 30 days at video2txt@zorezoro.com. We'll respond promptly and work toward a fair resolution.
